Pantalettie is a boss that appears after placing the flag in the Story Quest Lurking in the Cave in Loudad Cave and therefore must be killed immediately.
Pantalettie is a tough monster to defeat if you try to kill it alone, It is recommended to bring alot of potions. Note: at the start of battle, two Duskratan are placed at Pantalettie's sides. Take them out quickly before they use their Supersonic Wave attack, confusing you and causing you to perform attacks you did not choose.
It can be fight again by taking 'Within the Cave' Quest from Gino.
